Alexandria City High School Model United Nations

Hello, I’m Max, and I am the chair for the International Labor Organization at ALXMUN I! I am a Junior now but I first started doing Model UN at the beginning of my freshman year at ACHS, and I’ve been hooked ever since. It’s been amazing to watch the club grow from a small core of 10-15 members in my first year to upwards of 30 now. I’ve been to around 10 MUN conferences, including going to NAIMUN twice, which is one of the best experiences that you can have as a delegate. Outside of MUN, I enjoy reading, listening to music, hanging out with friends, and watching YouTube. At the moment, I would say that my favorite musical artists are Chief Keef, fakemink, and Black Kray. I’m really looking forward to chairing a committee for the first time and I think there are going to be a lot of great discussions.
